We would like to thank all participating studios, actors and sponsors of the 1. HustlaBall-Award in 2009.
The new voting system – three pillars with equal weight: audience, professional jury, specialized press determine the awards to a third each – was enthusiastically embraced by the audience. It is probably the worldwide first award to lift the usual separation of jury, press and audience and bring them together to determine one award.
As usual with premieres, they have a charm of their own, but aren’t necessarily perfect. We have analyzed the flaws and will vitally improve the 2. HustlaBall-Award.
